2009 Schedule
This has probably already been posted but.............
HOME
San Francisco
Seattle
Baltimore
Cincinnati
NFC East
AWAY
Arizona
St. Louis
Cleveland
Pittsburgh
NFC South
It looks considerably eaiser than this year's opponets, depending on who we get as the at large NFC East and South games. Is that dependent on the previous year's record?
I've been a Viking fan since I was just out of diapers, hopefully we get Super Bowl win before I go back in 'em

If we finish first in the North, we play the first play the first places teams in the East and South.
The East will be the Giants.
And the South appears to be a toss-up for now.

Next year we play them as part of the regular schedule.
Kind of like how Atlanta had to play us two years in a row in the Metrodome.SKOL

The Vikings and the Cardinals (and the Giants) finished 2nd in their divisions last year, so that's why we have those games this year.
The Vikings get Arizona on the road and the Giants at home to split those two as home-and-home.
As someone else pointed out - the Vikings are getting the Falcons two years in a row at home.
If the Vikings win the NFC North and the Giants and Panthers win their divisions, one of those two teams will end up coming to the Dome two years in a row, as well, since the NFC division match-up next year is against the NFC West for the Vikings.

Thanks to Josdin for the awesome sig!
