Sharper may be looking at a fine
The hit on Williams to knock him out of the game was late and viscious. Anyone agree?
[size=12pt]***Here is the link to the hit, I got it off the DVD I had the game on.
The second time through I slowed it way down.
Clearly Sharper engages as he is going down...nice***

It happenes in football.
If he gets fined, I hope the team chips in on it.
You have to play aggressive.
Not dirty , but aggressive!
I don't think that Sharper is a dirty player!

Re: Sharper may be looking at a fine
The refs didn't even throw a flag.. not late, not vicious. It was a clean hit that players will use to jar the ball loose.

Re: Sharper may be looking at a fine
I didn't think it was late or vicious at all.
Is ther actually some buzz around the NFL regarding this, or just a few Motor City Kitty fans complaining?SKOL

but as far as i could tell it was perfectly fine. sharper probably thought that if he hit him hard he would fumble or drop the ball.
Thanks Josdin00 for the sig!

Re: Sharper may be looking at a fine
Now I am not saying this just because he is now a Viking, but I honestly believe that Sharper has cleaned up his act since coming to Minnesota.. He was always a brash, cocky player with GB.. Every time he would make a play, he would get up and dance and act like a fool..
Now he goes about his business in a professional manner, and I was just wondering if I am the only one that has noticed that.. As for the hit on Williams in sunday's game, I don't know because I didn't se the hit.. My guess is if he wasn't penalized for the hit, then he won't be fined for it either..
Hoorah!!!!!

what are you kidding me?
I think the guy with the ball should just fall down after he catches it, football is supposed to be played by teddy bears and unicorns.
It was a perfectly clean hit.

Re: Sharper may be looking at a fine
Can someone post a video?
Then we can vote on it!!!
My opinion:
Roy Williams has already proven to the NFL that he is a p*ssy that can't stay healthy...the hit was probably not even that hard, much less vicious!BANNED OR DEAD...I'LL TAKE EITHER ONE
