Re: Kyle Lohse traded by Twins to Cincinnati
I like the trade. Loshe is nothing and to dump what salary he has left is great. He is not a 3 million dollar pitcher, he isn't a 3 dollar pitcher. Developing pitchers is a crap shoot as Loshe has shown and we traded a poor starter for a young guy who may develope, and we develope pitchers better than anyone else in the league.
We can solve poverty today.

I like the trade too. Lohse has done nothing to impress me greatly. If we were paying him scrap I might think otherwise. (of course our highest paid players probably don't make what the Yankees minor system makes, but thats a whole nother issue! (I know, I know - :beathorse
It would have been nice to add another bat or starting pitcher into the lineup, but it sounds like all of the asking prices were too steep. (especially for Pohlad)

Now there's some stats that every Red's fan will be impressed by......errr wait a minute. I'm curious as to how they figured he'd help out.

Re: Kyle Lohse traded by Twins to Cincinnati
Thank God we got some prospect for him I would have traded the guy for a bat and a pair of shoes!
He is nothing but a pain in the arse and known to through temper tantrums on a regular bases. His ERA this season is over 7 and we are paying him almost 4 million a year, thank you Cinci for taking him off our hands. What we've got here is failure to communicate.
