Season Opener

How many people are going to the season opener? What do you expect the atmosphere to be like? I have a feeling that game may break records for decibal level in the Dome. Hope to see the place at least 90% full for pre-game warmups and as rauckus as possible.

im expecting all the vikes fans to be real wired up for the season opener, everyone is really looking foward to this years season more than the past because of our additions on defense to make us a super bowl contender

I think it will be as loud as every other game!! The dome is the best atmosphere for a game (IMHO). Tampa doesn't stand a chance!!

Probably not, we usually handled them pretty well in the dome! I know I don't miss the vikes going to the big sombrero or whatever the heck their stadium is!! It seems like we never won there, at least in our great seasons.

Does anyone else remember the last time we opened the season against Tampa? It was '98.
