Jay has made more money than anybody in last 10 years and has saved and invested it. It is very possible he never plays another down in the NFL.

  2. Cutler is worth over 100 million net worth even though the web incorrectly well say about 83 mill. That makes him very very Rich.

See ... this is what you do ... you make idiot claims that everyone knows.

Yes, everyone knows Cutler is very rich. Yes, everyone knew the Jets CONTACTED him (hardly beating down his door).

Yes, everyone knows he WANTS a starting gig in the NFL but won't do it for pennies because he doesn't have to.

That is not a "soft retirement" that is is "Nobody is giving me what I want so I am not gonna play."

    Fake News.

Now, certainly Cutler is set for life, and, I would assume he's been smart with his money, in fact, I wouldn't be surprised if he's built double what he's earned. But, SG, you have got to come to grips with the fact that making proclamations like "he's made more than anybody in the NFL in last 10 years," when simply not true, discredits your posts. That's not personal, that's not an attack...that's an attempt at constructive feedback.

Then, when you reply to a counterpoint with "Cutler is worth over 100 million net worth even though the web incorrectly well say about 83 mill. That makes him very very Rich," it further discredits your POV. Perhaps acknowledging something like, 'my bad, several others have made more. And 'I' think he will never play again,' would be a response which be more appropriate if you want to build credibility on this Forum.

You can obviously do whatever you want, but, your approach is not one that will be widely embraced...if you don't care, so be it.

Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent
