Good resign Johnson must wanted to much money now they can focus on other needs like CB,DT,LB and another safety wouldn't be bad like to see em go after TJ Ward

Like this signing, but hate the fact that it most likely takes us out of the Michael Johnson sweepstakes. Also I hate the Jasper Brinkley deal. If it's for depth fine, if it's to start, dumb ass move.

Great resigning. A little steep in the price but Johnson wants 12 a year so we save 4 to 5 million per year by staying in home with Griffen. Brinkley is for depth and ST only, he may not even make it through camp, who knows..but a CB needs to be added as well as a DT...what about CB Vontae Davis and DT Paul Soliai? Two guys I would target....

Average Salary of a DE in the NFL?
Answer:
Around $9 million dollars.
If we do the math on this he will cost us 8.4M per yr. over the 5 years. Not really to bad. I think he still has upside and will continue to get better.

I am guessing he will be starting once Allen leaves?
