Sorry about Herrera's bro.
All prayers go out to him and his family.

This was an interesting paragraph.

"Earlier this week, the Redskins released DE Erasmus James, who never played in the regular season for Washington. But, the Vikings will still get the seventh-round pick in next year’s draft that was traded to them by the Redskins."

He is a real bust.

Thoughts and Prayers big man, your football family will be there to help you through, and you can channel all your hurt and anger into mauling the guy on the other side of the line of scimmage.

We need to get this man some help next to him. I like his attitude.

Herrera started last Sunday’s game despite missing much of the week of practice, but said returning to work was his only option. In fact, he said that being around his teammates has made it easier to handle his internal pain.

“It’s something that takes your mind off it,” Herrera said. “It helps to have so many people around you that care.”

Say what you want about this organization related to not finding us a QB, however, I am so glad to read comments like these than the ones coming out of some of the other locker rooms this week.

Glad the boys were there for you Big Man.
Thoughts and prayers are with you my friend. :-[
