Our coach's lack of ability to make in-game adjustments, poor playcalling, poor personnel decisions (ie - taking Peterson out of the second half against GB... when he had 100 yrds in the first half. Or, cutting Jason Carter in favor of Troy Williamson (?),
or Martin Nance this year)... just to name a couple.

This always remains to be seen, but with a season where we need to perform i'd prefer the proven veteran over a young buck.
