1) C Mac D, could you tell us a little about where you grew up and about your family?
As far back as I can remember (born in Buffalo), I lived in Minnesota. I went to Forrest Hills Elementary School and Oak Point Middle School.
I moved around a lot because of certain situations with my Dad's job, but I've enjoyed seeing the country and meeting a bunch of new people. My father used to be the Weekend Anchorman for KARE 11 in Minneapolis. My Mom is an Interior Designer and has been featured on HGTV a few times. My Sister lives in NYC with me and works for MTV Networks.
2) What type of student where you in High School? Did you play in any sports or where you involved with any school clubs and such?
I was a mediocre student in HS. I was on the track team and I threw the Javelin and Shot-put (sucked at Shot-put, they were just low on people).
3) What did you do after High School?
After HS, I attended Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. I got my Bachelors Degree in Advertising and a Minor in Music for Classical Guitar. I was in about 4 bands during college and enjoyed drinking... among other things. Thats really all I can say, I don't remember much else.

4) What was your first car? What did you like about it most? Do you have any one story that reminds you about your first car?
My first car was a '89 Buick Century Wood Sided Station Wagon... that's right... you heard me... It was a thing of beauty. What I loved about it was that everyone could fit into my car... which was always useful... and you could fold down the back seats and have plenty of room to lay down in the back... which wasn't that useful at the time...
The story about my car that really stands out in my mind is when my friends and I found a couch in someone's trash. We decided it would be funny to take it to the Movie Theater and attempt to carry it in. We shoved it in the back of the Woody and drove it up there. We carried it in and tried to buy tickets. The manager was PISSED... "I don't know where you guys came up with this, but you need to get that out of here now." So we left it right outside the doors of the theater and left. I mean... he should have been more specific.
5) When did you decide to be such a dedicated fan of the Minnesota Vikings?
I got a Vikings jacket when I was about 5 years old and thought it was the coolest thing ever... but I didn't understand much about football. I enjoyed watching the games but never got too into it until late HS/Early College... happened to be around the '98 season. What can I say. But I'll always be a Vikings fan.
6) Could you tell us one of your favorite memories that has to do with the Vikings or one of its past or present players, coaches, etc.
When I was young, the KARE news crew... my Dad included.... played a Basketball game against the Minnesota Vikings for a charity fund raiser, opening up for the Harlem Globetrotters game. My Dad got thrown around and bruised up pretty bad... I thought it was hilarious. I was about 6 or 7.
7) How did you come to find PP.O and what attracted you most to the site?
I used to just read the threads, but my big mouth always has to throw in my 2 cents... So I registered an account. I was in Hell about 3 minutes later.
9) Do you have any other ties to Minnesota Sports?
I am a Twins fan as well. I was there for both the '87 and '91 World Series... and actually lived next door to Gene Larkin during the '91 Series... don't know if anyone else remembers how that game 7 ended... Bottom of the 11th... Dan Gladden on 3rd... Larkin up to the plate, and hits it BEAUTIFULLY... plopping in Center/Right field... My family and I TP'ed his house. We were pretty close with his family and my parents would babysit their Daughter, Kelly at times.
11) When you’re not on PPO what could you likely be found doing with your spare time?
Usually playing the guitar, playing the mandolin, recording music, working, drawing cavemen.
12) Do you say a special prayer before Vikings games?
No, but I'm always sure to catch the Pastor Zeus sermon after the game. Praise Purple Jesus.
13) Could you tell us some things about your great State of NY...
It took some getting used to, but I'm an awful driver (I got into a lot of accidents)... so using Public transportation in the city is a big plus. I really love NYC and if anyone is around here visiting... let me know. I'd be happy to show you some cool spots.
15) What type of hobbies do you enjoy?
Like I said before, my main love is music. I enjoy playing guitar, but I also like different instruments I don't know how to play yet. It's like putting a jigsaw puzzle together. I also enjoy writing and drawing... nothing professional, but I find it a good way to sooth the nerves and escape my surroundings. I also love to read. My favorite writer is Kurt Vonnegut, and I am currently reading Timequake. I enjoy reading books about Physics and Philosophy as well.
16)
What’s your favorite food? What’s your favorite tailgate food?
Favorite food... that's a tough one... I love food. I'll eat whatever. But my favorite has to be a good Thanksgiving dinner... especially the Stuffing with Gravy... I'm hungry now.
17) Where are some of the places you’ve been, and where are some of your favorites.
I went to Sicily last year and it was amazing. I've also been to England, Scottland, Amsterdam and Prague. I'd have to say my favorites were Amsterdam and Sicily... absolutely stunning.
18) What is one thing you've always wanted to do, but haven't done yet in your lifetime?
Deposit a billion dollars into my bank account.
19) Do you believe the Vikings will have their big day someday? When they do win the Super Bowl, what will be the first thing you think you will do?
Yes. Next year. Vikings over the Giants in the NFC championship game. Vikings end up beating Colts in the Super Bowl. Brian Robison is the game's MVP.
20) Up to this date, what is one of your favorite PPO memories?
I was in an argument with SIA and thought he was whining a bit... so I used this:
This is what it sound like when doves cry...
