Childress has overhauled his roster and insisted on playing a different brand of football. Many of the resistant players were given their walking papers. The ones who have adapted are playing on one of the hottest teams in the NFL........

Guys are seeing that they work hard and keep after it good things happen..This quote sums it up nicely,"When things went bad, everything kept going and we didn't break," Williams said. "After Green Bay, everybody stayed together. I just felt our team was stronger because nobody pointed fingers and argued. I was like, 'Everybody grew up, and we're on the same page.'

"We were all in it together."

They knew just how close we were to winning and kept the faith in themselves and their team-mates.

Hmmmmm, A wise man once said (repeatedly) ......"Not just the Chiller."
;D

Williams said much of that can be credited to the type of players Childress and player personnel vice president Rick Spielman have brought aboard. The common trait: hard workers who put the team above themselves.
