Wide receiver Randy Moss worked out for Vikings' coaches and trainers, and his successful completion of that workout indicates he could return to the lineup this Sunday against the Jaguars. "He looked extremely good," Vikings coach Mike Tice told the Minneapolis Star Tribune. "One hundred percent? No. But he did really well." Moss performed hopping drills and ran three 40-yard sprints to test how his strained right hamstring is recovering. Tice added that Moss would need to practice every day this week leading up to the Jacksonville game and undergo an MRI on the hamstring before playing. Offensive coordinator Scott Linehan still intends to have a Plan B in place just in case Moss has a setback during the week.

Moss is eager to get back into the lineup, and it appears he'll be healthy enough to do so. Moreover, Moss indicated that despite having his consecutive games-played and consecutive games with a catch streaks snapped,he plans to extend his NFL-record string of consecutive 1,000-receiving yard seasons to start a career. That streak currently stands at seven, and Moss would need to average 101 yards per game over the final six weeks of the season to stretch it to eight.

Yeah, and with the hopping drills they hop as far as they can on one foot, and they difference can't be more than 1 yard. Not only was it less than one yard, but he jumped farther with his injured leg. Just thought I'd add that.

He would have a great run of 6 games to get to the 1000 yards mark! Let's hope he does it!
