Why anyone would hire Nerv as a HC is beyond me, seriously, how many times must a man fail before he doesn't get another chance.
The guy is an okay OC, but is a TERRIBLE HC.
They'd be better just going out there and letting the players decide what they want to do.

At least that can be said about him.
Childress has nothing going for him.
Reid was the offensive guy in Philly.
It cannot logically be argued at this point that Childress is a better coach than anyone.

Another interesting tidbit. When Childress left Philly and they brought in Marty M, who had been a dismal failure in Detroit, Reid trusted enough in him to let him call plays in his first year with the team in that notoriously complicated system and he did a great job.

I am starting to think that the offense is only confusing and complicated to Childress and he is bringing everybody else down to his level.

To be fair, Norv hasn't had the pleasure of game planning against Joey Harrington

He brought in Hutch and Taylor who are both solid players and he has had two offseasons to bring in his guys. Before the season he stated that he had the guys he wanted/needed to run his offense. If there is no talent there it is the fault of nobody but the TOA
