That tells it right there.. He is our number one wide reciever, and those are hard to play without.. Look at the Panthers without Steve Smith.. And even the Redskins without Clinton Portis at runningback..
Some guys are really big part of their teams offense and Marcus Robinson is our #1 guy right there..!

Not the BEST #1 WR out there, but we will take what we can get!
At least he catches the balls that are thrown to him!!!

"He just understands coverages," quarterback Brad Johnson said. "You can talk things through with him, and he has memory and recall of it years later. He gets the flight of the ball. He has strong hands, especially on balls up high, and that's what makes him so good in the red zone."

It is a statement like this, probably taken out of it's true context, that really says it all for me.
It is one that maybe, just maybe, let BJ off the hook a bit for being the problem in our passing game.

IMO, BJ is saying that we don't have any WRs unless M-Rob is on the field.
Maybe not quite that drastic, but he is definitely saying that M-Rob is the only one he can trust to make correct decisions out there.

It has been a sad two years for the Vikiings who are use to having prolific WRs.

M-Rob has been on the sideline more than on the field with the Vikings.
