Brad Childress was on Satallite radio and asked about the cap room the Vikings have. He said that the lines were the #1 priority.
Then he talked about the West Coast offense and he said that the team really needed to shore up the offensive line and that was going to be their #1 objective in free agency.

It's the most logical place to start with all the problems we had there this past season.

I agree. He will have his eye on Hutchinson, and possibly Jon Runyan.. Wilf will do whatever is necessary to bring a World Championship to the Vikings. I can't wait for that day to come.....

That was one of the first sentences he uttered during his acceptance speech, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. Go Vikes!

I've been saying that all year about our front line as have many others.

You didn't have to be a genius to figure that one out.

As if it was not obvious.

I am surprised that your cat watches enough football to figure that out. Who does your cat pick to win the NHL this year? And does he know if Gretzky is going to get pinched in this betting thing?

Well i'm glad he said that's our number 1 concern whether it's obvious or not. I really don't think our D-line will need all that much work, as I believe it's pretty solid and has some young blood playing for us.

I've reserved my judgement of Childress until I see what offseason moves he makes and how our first season goes at least. I am looking forward to seeing what he does for us though.

anyone who knows anything can figure out that the minnesota vikings need a better oline.
my cat used to like watchin hockey. she actually sat in front of the tv and followed the puck. but then the lockout came and she didnt come back.

Hutch will be franchised in order to sign Alexander, so this isn't even an issue.

I agree, Seattle is not going to let Hutchinson go. Sean Salisbury w/ ESPN said that "Steve Hutchinson is the best football player on the Seattle Seahawks." Pretty strong statement considering Seattle went to the Super Bowl.
Our D-line needs very little work, but our linebacking core needs alot of work. Let's go for LBs and Oline.

I don't agree with that. Seriously, find me one instance where offensive or defensive line has made a difference. Our new coach is more of a meathead than Tice!
