AT the end of this game i was in tears. literally yelling on the ground in tears becasue they pulled off a great great comeback win with everything against them. Not only am i so happy but i am so proud of thsi team right now. and am just honored to be a fan of them right now. they showed us what everyone thought they couldnt do. they beat the odds and they overcame a large scoring deficit. this is something thats not common for the vikings so we must enjoy this one as much as we can. we havbe great players and awsome talent and it really showed in the second half of what we can do. thank you vikings for beat the hell out of green bay today. we all really needed it. SKOL ON!!!!!!!!!!! 11 81 89 87 27 29 19 94 93 1

Vikes316, you said it pal. During the first half my Packer buddy had an ear to ear grin. With 0 on the clock, I had the last laugh. WOOOOO!!

Cheers!

Ditto...how long has it been where we came back from such a deficit? And it makes it so much sweeter that it was against the cheesers. Let's build on this win!

My whole family was down for the deer hunt. I was BBQing through most of the first half. I finally gotta sit down to eat, at the start of the 2nd half, wow. My whole family was yelling on the final FG. What a great day. Vikes316, you hit that nail on the head. Great post!

I had a tear in my eye also. You could see that our team really needed that. It was the equivalent to lifting the monkey off their back. Now if the media can just overlook the gorilla on their back for a while and use this win a news fodder.

DC sat there for a couple minutes talking to his maker, thankful!

I thought I was the only one with a tear in my eye, wasn't going to admit it but I should learn to expect that my fellow PP.O friends would feel the same way! It was such an awesome feeling I, think I will be happy the whole rest of the week! Good job Vikes you pulled it off today I'm so proud of you!

Tearing up after the game? Who, me? Naw, I just had a bit of dust in my eye!

Great win. The team really came together for the second half. I hope they can finally develop some consistancy and build on this week's game.

I was serious, I welled up a bit, I could just feel for those guys. They needed that so bad.

It doesn't mean anything for the future play of the Vikes, but it seemed to me that they were able to finally prove to themselves that they could play as well as they thought they could.

There is a major problem with the words Packer and buddy ever appearing in the same sentence

It has been difficult and very frustrating to watch the Vikings the first 5 weeks, but with the come back win against the Packers, I can now sleep a littler easier tonight then previous sundays. This may be a critical turning point, of the first 4 losses 3 of those teams are quite possibly the best 5 teams in the NFL, Bengals, Falcons and Bucs. Each of those games we helped our opponents get an easy win with several TO's (im sure we rank in the bottom five in TO margin) and also it takes time for a team to unite with the amount of players we picked up and realeased(Moss). But in todays second half we had no TO's and our team looked united for once. I think with the leadership of Tice, the players respond and respect Tice it shows in how they came out in the second half ready to play after TIce fired them up. I think this is a turning point for this VIkings team and expect great things from them the rest of the season, I believe at this point this team is better then every team they play with maybe the exception of the steelers and giants but they have time untill they play them and lots of time to improve and continue to play together. LEts put the boat trip and discusting losses behind and improve on todays second half play.
LETS GO VIKES

"His tone was just like one of the guys in here with pads on, wide receiver Nate Burleson said. “If you closed your eyes you’d think it was a teammate. He walked out of the locker room as if he was going to go down there and hit a guy on kickoff return. It’s that energy that groove that he has. He’s a leader. Whatever he does we follow. Times of turmoil, times of adversity, people are knocking us, jumping off the bandwagon, coach Tice leads and we follow.

That is the biggest understatement of the year! I had the honor of sitting next to WBL at the game. I have never seen anyone at a game do as much cheering & yelling for out team as WBL. I couldn't even keep up with her enthusiasm.

You guys would have been so proud if you'd have seen it.

On the final kick, there was a moment of awe to absorb the moment, then cheering and screaming and jumping up & down to the likes of which I haven't witnessed in a long long time.

I was so happy to see her so overwelmed with joy, it brought a tear to my eye.

I wanted to take a picture of her at that moment, but I swear to God it took 5 minutes after the win for her to calm down enough to take this pic.

You guys have no idea. It was nice seeing you all for the 10 minutes i stayed at the tailgate before we had to check out of the hotel but I screamed so loud the entire game. Whether it was directed AT the players or just plain cheers for the game. It was the most amazing experience.

SKOL VIKINGS!

I will post some pictures that we took later. My bro got a picture of everyone with the PP.O sign and the news reporter.

Sorry I couldn't stay to try the gumbo cajun. Hopefully we will be able to come to another game and actually stay longer.
