Debuts: Defensive end Erasmus James, the second of the team's two first-round draft picks, likely will be active this week, along with first-year guard/center Anthony Herrera, who missed more than four weeks because of a leg infection.

Herrera is expected to play on special teams.

James said he is feeling much better after being slowed by mononucleosis-like symptoms for two weeks, which made him feel like he was "sleeping out there" in practices.

Fined: Buccaneers cornerback Brian Kelly had the game-sealing interception Sunday in the opener. But he was fined $5,000 by the NFL this week for a hit out of bounds of receiver Travis Taylor in the second quarter, a play in which he also was assessed a 15-yard penalty for unnecessary roughness.

Left tackle Bryant McKinnie took part in the full practice Friday and is probable.

Return to sender: Rookie receiver Troy Williamson had just 23 yards on two kickoff returns in the season opener. But he is expected to be the primary kickoff returner Sunday, after an encouraging week of practice.

Briefly: Vikings owner and chairman Zygi Wilf will tour Paul Brown Stadium on Sunday. Wilf has been eager to visit some of the NFL's newest stadiums to assess his likes and dislikes. The Vikings continue to make progress toward an agreement with Anoka County on a stadium development project. Details could be announced as early as Monday.

I just can't wait for Sunday, I got that "warm fuzzy" feeling. Hope I can sleep this Saturday night.

I hope I can sleep tonight and Sat!

We are going to start our winning ways this week. I hope Troy busts a big return and has a TD catch.

I hope they both improve our field position by their play. Erasamus gets a sack, forcing a punt, and Troy bursting up a seam on kickoffs. If he gets a deep shot from Pep on offense that would just be icing on the cake.

Good to see McKinnie is probable, would have been worrying had he missed the game.

Well hopefully we can get him to start pretty soon.. Also I want to see more pass rushing from K-will and Udezz.. They seemed pretty much non existent last game to me.. And in the preseason as well it seemed K-will was having trouble getting past his guy
