The Minnesota Vikings have shown an interest in free agent DB Calvin Carlyle (Ravens).

~~KFFL~~

I'll try to get the scoop on this guy...There are several teams "interested" in getting him...

Well, he is a FA with 1 year NFL experience, never started a game (but then again, he was a Raven  )

I am just curious. How trustworthy is KFFL?

Can he return punts/kicks?

Tice has said that Koren is going to be the kick returner, and possible be the punt returner as well.

The rookie that the Raiders had returning kicks last night did a great job.

Koren better be able to hold onto the d@mn ball if he's returning punts and kicks!

I was pleasantly suprised by Carr, I didn't know if the good job he did in the preseason would carry over to the regular season. Hopefully the Vikings can figure out a good returner.

Yeah that rookie did a great job last night. I thought he was going to break a couple returns last night, but the pats made some great tackles!

How about Tim Dwight last night? he did a great job (caught a TD and did a great job on kickoff/punt returns)

yah i've always liked Dwight, kinda reminds me of Walsh. neither of em play a whole lot, but when they get a chance they lay it all out on the line.

The guy's only played one year in the NFL. Give him a break, he's probably only played in a game or 2.

i'm just being sarcastic. would he be our special teams, or would we jsut be getting him for depth in the backfield?
