This came from www.kfan.com

The Vikings made five cuts on Monday morning as they move back to Winter Park for the remainder of preseason practices.

Three rookies were among those cut, including quarterback John Bowenkamp, linebacker David Bamiro and tackle William Obeng. Also cut were wide receiver Avion Black, a fourth-year player out of Tennessee State, and Shawn Lynch, a center from Duke.

All NFL teams must have their rosters pared down to 65 players by Aug. 30 and 53 players by Sept. 5. Minnesota currently has 83 players on its roster.

Yep, lot of people hitting the road soon. Any guesses on who the surprises will be?

Avion Black played alot in the last pre-season game we had. I guess the coaches didn't like him.

As long as they keep Hoag and Coleman!

Myself personally, i could see Howry going. Even though they have put a lot of time into this guy, Hoag has looked impressive. So I think Howry would be a surprise to some out there.

I could see Adimchinobe Echemandu getting cut.

I hope we keep Burleson! lol I hope we cut Burley. If we keep both of them then I will have to always say "yeah Burleson" instead of "yeah Burley" when Nate does something great!

I think Howry will be gone, and Hoag will probally be on special teams.
