Well, I'm not sure if this is against the rules or anything, but what do you believe the standings will be after this upcoming season? Also what do you think the records of the teams will be?

Heres mine:

1. Vikings 12-4
2. Lions 9-7
3. Packers 7-9
4. Bears 6-10

I think you are pushing your luck with the 12-4 prediction. Try 10-6 or maybe 11-5. Either way, they are gonna win the division.

I think if their offense still produces and their defense performs consistently all season they could def. go 12-4. The NFC North is weak.

Two things to vikesgeek...Ian Gold played for Tampa Bay, not Miami, last year and Pat Williams is a run stuffer, not a run blocker. Dude needs to get his facts straight if he wants to be deemed credible!

Also saying that injuries in certain areas could hurt the Vikes next season is pretty negative...heck, if Tom Brady and Corey Dillon went down, the Patsies would suck on offense too! Somebody nominate this dude for a Masters of the Obvious Degree, for crying out loud!!!

I am not saying the Vikes will go undefeated, but to be honest with you, with the upgrades we have made on Defense, and having the guys on the offense back from injury to help our running game and play action, I dont see why we would have to lose... I mean we should easily have a chance to win or be in every game... so i don't think 13-3 or 12-4 is a stretch at all...

I'm thinking more along the 11-5 or 10-6 mark myself. I don think we win the division with the Lions and coming in second. I'd love to see the Packers finish last, but I think it will be close between the other 3 teams for second. So it could go any of 3 ways.

I'm excited about this year, just hope we don't get set up for another big fall.....But then again, we are Viking fans and we can handle it if it happens.

Why do the Lions look so threating next year? I'm still conviced the team to beat is the Bears. But I would like someone to explain why the Lions looks so much better next year?

1st: Vikings 11-5
2nd: Bears not good enough to make playoff.
3rd: Lions wont make the playoffs
4th: Packers one of the top Lottery spots in the draft.
