Yea the 2003 game. LOL and no I'm not into self torture.. the past is the past and I'm sure this year we will overcome our midseason collapse syndrome this upcoming season. I just wanted to watch it again and see the whole game.

I have the 2003 Cardinals game, the 2000 NFC championship game, and of course (the king of all Viking heartbreaks) the 1998 NFC championship. Which one would you like to vomit to?

Well I'll be dam***.. choices choices choices.. I have the 2000 NFC game, so.. if possible can you give me a copy of the Cardinal 2003 game and the NFC 98 game? By the way I'm starting a collection of Viking games and I didnt get a chance to record the Cardinal game since I actually went to it. But if you could send me those I would greatly appreciate it!

I actually had the 2003 Cardinals game on tape briefly.

After the game, I took it out of the machine and smashed the tape into little pieces on the fireplace mantle.

If you want, I'll mail you the pieces and you can glue em back together. It might take a while though.

hey GQ,

You should Thank God, your wife needed your services, rather than see that ending......

In my opinion, one of the biggest D-Cordinator, blunders of all times.....

If I was you, I'de ask the wife for an istant reply, and not of the game of course....LOL....

Yeah that game was a heartbreaker, I think I took that loss worse than the two championship games. Just think if Kdub would have got him for the fourth time that game!! That would have been a much better ending (obviously).

LOL, actually..I was at the endzone where Nate Poole caught that catch. :angryfire: Out of all the corners that play could have happened.. it happened on my side. It happened so fast that I didnt know what happened.. All I saw was the whole Cardinal sideline came rushing out into the field.. Man, lol.. Needless to say.. it was a long drive back to Vegas..

He never would have come down in bounds with the ball, even if we hadn't pushed him. :-(

Yea it did! I didnt see Hovan crying though.. I was just focused on where Nate Poole came down with the ball.

Yeah, I don't think he would have come down in bounds, but I'm done re-living the play over and over!

I think that was the day Hovan became Hovan 2.0.

Any chance I could get a copy of the 98 NFC championship game? I never saw the game, I wasn't into football at all at the time so I haven't experienced that heartbreaker. Heared everything about it though.

Think you could hook me up with that video and the Cards blunder? I still remember that opening drive, we were inside their 10 and got stopped on 4 chances.

I got the greenbay playoff game on DVD. I am gonna cherish it for the rest of my life and show it to my grandkids. I have watched it at least 10 times so far.

The thing I remember most about that horrible, fateful game (Cardinals) was my uncle Doug screaming "yes, yes, yes!" and running into the room to hug me. He was a Packers fan.

If I hadn't gotten head later, I would have been really demolished by that game. The game evoked savage feelings of rage, and despair.

The O4 win agaisnt the Pack in the playoffs though... not quite the same, much much much more fun for me to watch.
