hes very good considering hes in the nfl. :D seriously though, he is very good and probably the best nickel back in the league IMO at this point. he can hit very well and has decent coverage skills. but he cant go against a teams best reciever w/ a little safety help. especially when he plays off a bit he tends to get burnt alot, which del rio pointed out in another thread he started.

Yeah, as alot of people know B Will is one of my favorite players, i'm a bit of a homer, but i like to stick with the guys we drafted, we drafted him 4th round and got quite a CB for a 4th round pick. He should have a good year next year. And possibly filling in for something if injuries occur.

i thought he was drafted in the 3rd. man weve done a good job drafting the few years.

He is decent in my opinion, but he is also very young. I think he is going to do well as a dime back this year.

You think that's impressive? Matt Birk was drafted in the 6th round!!! Not a bad value for our pick, eh? :D

Anybody else think he never really felt confident enough on his leg last year, after the injury in preseason? He just didn't look like himself last year and maybe he wasn't confident in his leg. He is a dang good CB with a lot of talent, that really didn't show too often last year, but he will be an awesome nickel CB for us.

Mawea was picked in the 3rd or 4th round, I believe. Other good centers are usually picked in the second round (Olin Kreutz, Newberry, LeCharles Bently, etc.. .)

1st or 2nd preseason game, he sprained his knee I believe.

man i can see Bwill having a repeat of his 2003 season, because teams are gonna try to pick on him this year like they did last, but he will be healthy this time around!

Williams also plays his best football when he's on the right side of the the field. And thats a good point muchluv, he never did get a chance to rest it much, Irvin went down and he started and had a dynamite game against the cowboys. It didn't bug him that game so i doubt it affected him the rest of the year.

I think for the most part he played with tired legs, full-time ST's and full-time CB will get to you.

Yeah, and Ken Irvin was supposed to start the opener against Dallas but he tore his achilles in pre-game warm-ups.
