The Vikings on the team:

Offense

Matt Kalil: LT
Adrian Peterson: RB
John Sullivan: C

Defense

Jared Allen: RE
Chris Carr: Nickel

Matt Kalil? A rookie with no NFL games played?

Adrian Peterson? Very good, but injured.

John Sullivan? He plays well, but is he the best center in the NFL Central?

Chris Carr? Really? What do they know that we do not?

As for Kalil... there isn't a solid LT in the nFCN anymore. Kalil could easily be the best.

Carr is having a disappointing pre-season showing & it would be hard to believe that he's the best one at the nickel in the NFCN.

For what its worth.....Vikings 2012 Team Rankings/Stats

Offense yds per game 3rd.
Offensive yds per play 6th.
Offensive TOP 11th.
Offensive plays from scrimmage Tied 11th.
Offensive total points 19th. (need to work on that one)

Defense points allowed tied 9th.
Defense yards per game 19th (need to work on that one but it is expected based on scheme)
Defensive penalties 29th (Youch).
Defensive 3rd downs allowed (17/55) tied 7th.
