I think they should take a good look at Gaffney with Simpson being out the first three games. Harvin, Simpson, Burton, Jenkins, and Wright gives us 5 receivers that I would say are roster locks. We need 5 receivers for the first three games, and with Harvin's history of nagging injuries I would think we carry 6 for the season anyway.

Gaffney had almost 1000 yards last year catching balls from Rex Grossman, he's a solid player.

The Patriots also claimed WR Kerry Taylor from Minnesota.

Really!??? That Belicheat is ridiculous!

Gaffney may be worth a look. 68 receptions with a 13.9 yard average isn't bad at all...specially considering what we're comparing him to.

I'd rather see what we have in our young guys like Burton & Wright, Stallworth and Gaffney are old and cost more money. If we're going with the "youth movement" these guys make no sense.

Oh, the days of Gilliam, Rashad, White, A. Carter, C. Carter, Reed, and Moss ....

The Vikings have to search other teams' trash for throwaways? So sad, ... so sad.

Cris Carter was some other teams trash.

Cris Carter was some other teams trash.
I knew someone would bring that up.

So was Bobby Moore, er Ahmad Rashad.
