Look around, click around! I think you will find a lot to like, and know we are on the case for an existing list of stuff to finish upgrading.

You should know:

Signatures are still on old site, and we are still trying to convert. You can get them from old.purplepride.org if you want, or create new ones in the interim.
Same goes for avatars. Javier is working on it right now, to pull all those over.
Click around. A lot of sexy, easy to use stuff here.

To be honest, I didn't have any problems with the old site at all. Only thing I would've wanted to change is the ability to change signatures back. Still, thanks for all the hard work that's being put into this site, much appreciated. I don't need to tell you guys how nice it is to have PPO back. I was lost for a couple days :P

I'm in the web business myself so I can speak for webmasters when I say that Webby got this thing up lightning quick. He had to work on a deadline for the opening game and I thought it would be impossible. He is definitely changing things as we go along. He's been making steady changes every single day. This is way easier said than done. We gotta be patient with this new format. I'm sure it will be just a matter of time before activity is back up, and the site will be just as navigable as it ever was. Hang in there dude! Give it a couple more days.

What I mean is that is most likely relevant to the old forum and the teething this weekend.

Todays posts might need some work.

For days when there's a ton of activity, I could see it taking a while to load. Previously, it loaded instantly rather than running a search query. Not sure what is different now vs. before.

yeah, I am culling out the auto-newsfeed to see if it helps...there are ways around it but its new software to learn.

From the forum home page, today's posts, or from the menu bar on any page the option is available....but I need to posts to be relevant.

So I have to exclude Marrdro and that takes a ton of Noodle-Arm filtering. jk!

Actually, Floyd, when it happens, in the Comment section list your username, and submit. I can add you to the trust list then. Let me know if it happens.

Seriously- Is there way to not have this thing pop up every time I post?

I get that, too. I think it keys off of words in your posts - at least that's my theory. Perhaps there's something in your .sig file (the name of the file?) which is triggering it.
